We are a property development company with a twist – all of our properties house vulnerable people across the SW region of England. We work with Local Authorities and Care providers to source, purchase and develop properties.

Our properties are created to suit the needs of the individuals that will live there. We work alongside commissioners and care providers to design and provide the most suitable accommodation, whether that is fully-accessible self-contained apartments, or en-suite bedrooms with shared communal areas.

Care Providers

If you are a Care Provider that requires specialist supported housing, we may be able to help. If you have commissioner support to provide accommodation anywhere from Gloucestershire down to Cornwall, please get in touch to find out how we can work with you and our Housing Association and help more people benefit from supported living.

If there is a need for property to assist any vulnerable group in your region, please get in touch. We may already work with Care Providers in the area or we can create new relationships in order to meet your requirements.

About the New Business team

Our New Business & Partnerships Manager, Iszara Monk, works with care providers and local authorities to offer bespoke housing solutions. Passionate about providing person-specific property, they work closely with all parties to source and develop homes, maintaining a close relationship with all sides throughout the process until the clients are moved in and fully settled.

Iszara is supported by a development team, a property acquisitions team and an in-house legal department to ensure high service standards and excellent joined-up working practices.
