Our frontline teams have been receiving lots of positive feedback in our annual residents survey. The survey results are reported to our Board and helps us to monitor, evaluate and improve our services. The survey also ensures we put our residents at the heart of what we do. There’s been comments such as “very supportive, kind and open”, “always there when a resident feels they need help”, “nothing is too much trouble”, “always supportive and positive” and “they do a really tough job, its much appreciated”.
Our frontline colleagues should be proud of the results and comments received and the support they provide which is rated so highly by our residents.
